Computer Classes

Computer skills are necessary for refugees and immigrants to adapt to life in America.

Most refugees find that basic tasks in America require a computer; everything from finding directions to paying bills is online or computer-based.

Such daily tasks can be overwhelming for those who have never used a keyboard or touched a mouse.

Refugees who want an advance job or who suffer from physical injuries learn that computer skills are the foundation of doing a job that does not require manual labor.

DOW seeks to meet this tangible need through our various computer classes and set our neighbors up for success as they seek to integrate into American society.
