Disciples of the Way Ministries

God has placed Disciples of the Way in the midst of Victory Meadow in order to reach out with His Great Love to people from all nations. Over 40,000 refugees live in the Vickory Meadow area and many of whom are Muslim.

I am sending you to open their eyes, so that they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God,
that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me.” – Acts 26:16-17

Disciples of the Way Ministries include the Refugee Service Center, Women of the Way Outreach, and Planting Ethnic Churches; such as Grace Korean Lutheran Church in Watauga and Concordia Lutheran Church of All Nations in Garland.

Disciples of the Way Ministries’ Mission Statement is “Reaching, Teaching, Working, and Living with people from all nations to make Disciples of the Cross from all nations”. Our mission and all our ministries are based in the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20).

Our mission focus is to seek to build strong relationships with refugee families so that we can witness through Christ-centered relationships. These relationships allow us as Christians to demonstrate Christ’s love and witness; not only with our mouths, but also through our actions and our lives. Our hope is that, through continuing witness, many will be baptized into the family of God.
